What PayPath does
PayPath allows UK businesses to pay rent using a credit card, even when the recipient only accepts bank transfer.
Why businesses use PayPath
Businesses use PayPath to improve cashflow, earn card rewards, and gain more control over outgoing payments without changing how recipients get paid. PayPath bridges that gap, helping businesses:
Built for modern UK businesses
Designed to solve a real payment gap faced by thousands of UK SMEs.
Smarter use of existing credit cards
Turn unavoidable bank-transfer payments into flexible card payments.
No friction for recipients
Landlords and suppliers are paid exactly how they expect.
What PayPath supports
PayPath is designed specifically for UK business payments. We currently support:

UK-based businesses

UK-issued Visa & Mastercard cards (personal or business)

UK bank accounts

Business rent
We do not support personal payments, international cards, or international bank accounts.
Use your existing credit card to pay business rent even when recipients only accept bank transfer.

How it works
Create your PayPath account
Create an account to access the PayPath platform. This gives you a secure login to manage payments, set due dates, and track confirmations.
Complete business verification
To keep payments secure and compliant, you’ll complete a short verification process.
This includes:
• business and director verification
• uploading a tenancy agreement or invoice
These checks help prevent fraud and significantly reduce the risk of chargebacks.
Add payment details
Add the details of the payment you want to make, including:
• recipient name
• UK bank account details
• payment reference (e.g. tenancy or invoice reference)
• payment amount
• payment due date
The due date is used to send you automated reminders before payment is due.
Pay with your credit card
Pay using your existing UK-issued credit card (personal or business):
• Visa
• Mastercard
Simple, transparent pricing applies:
• £24 per month
• 1.80% per payment (VAT included)
You remain in control of your card, limits, and rewards.
Settlement and payout
Card payments settle on a T+2 business-day cycle.
Once settlement is complete, PayPath releases the funds to the recipient as a normal UK bank transfer.
Recipients do not need to:
• create an account
• install an app
• change how they get paid
They simply receive the funds as usual.
